Edna Zimmerly 

Edna is a secretary at Waynedale Elementary (Previously she was the secretary for Holmesville Elementary). She has also worked as a bookkeeper/secretary for Holmes Oil, Wilson Cabinets & East Holmes Treasurer's Office.  She is a graduate of Hiland High School.   

Edna became involved with the boy scout program when her son joined Cub Scouts and served in many positions as her son Jack became an Eagle Scout for Troop 355.  Boy Scouts awarded her with the "District Award of Merit" and the "Silver Beaver Award", she also was presented with a volunteer "Service Award" at Holmesville Elementary.  She has continued with the Scouting movement to help our youth become leaders, serving our communities and enjoys watching the many Eagles she has helped on their trail as they achieve great things.       

Most important in Edna's life is family, she was raised in a family of 8 and is very close with her huge family, and her 2 grandchildren Sterling & Roxie are the light of her life.  Her hobbies include gardening, nature and photography.  She has a passion for citizenship and love of country.
